Tokyo Professional Women's Network

The Tokyo Professional Women’s Network was founded due to the lack of consistent, regular networking opportunities that center women, non-binary, and gender expansive folks. To fill this void, we consistently organize monthly networking events.

​The Tokyo Professional Women’s Network is the premier network connecting women, femmes, and nonbinary professionals. Through consistent monthly networking events, we spark meaningful connections, build a community of exceptional leaders, and inspire lasting impact.

In addition to networking events, we endeavor to offer other programming such as panels, workshops, and conferences to become a bastion of resources for the professional community.

We also strive for the Network to become a nexus of builders, startup founders, and entrepreneurs who connect and collaborate together.

The Tokyo Professional Women’s Network is an inclusive community open to all women, femmes, non-binary, and gender expansive professionals at all stages of their career.

Tokyo Professional Women’s Network deliberately seeks to foster an intergenerational community for folks at all stages of their career, from entry-level to Directors, CEOs, and Founders. This network also seeks to connect entrepreneurs and leverage connections for collaboration. Please spread the word to your friends and colleagues.

Tokyo Professional Women’s Network consistently hosts monthly networking events. These networking events vary in nature from café and brunch meetups to sports and holiday celebrations. All events maintain a professional environment and may differ in level of formality and cost accordingly.

Although events are conducted in English, we seek to become the go-to organization for cultural celebrations in accordance to community demands. We will partner with members or cultural organizations to deliver this programming. Please contact us if you would like to host a cultural event.

The Tokyo Professional Women’s Network is aware of the problem that many networking events are prohibitively expensive to entry-level professionals. As such, we design events with financial accessibility in mind.

Additionally, we offer a student discounted membership tier and provide spots for students at events. Students can become a member here.
